Let it sit for like 10 min.

2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder

Mix it!

Add 1 tbsp oil to the yeast mixture, then mix it in with the flour mixture. Use your hands! Knead it for about 5 min. Ideally, it will now sit for an hour and a half, but I've skipped this step and it was still fine.

Top with tomato sauce, lots of cheese, and fresh sliced pepperoni from the deli, plus other toppings at will.

Bake in a preheated oven at 425 for about 15 minutes!

VOILA!

I've had moderate success with replacing these spices with thai/indian spices and topping the crush with curry and vegetables instead of tomato sauce and cheese.Laurie Starkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11477124105292431735noreply@blogger.com
